The results of studies of the composition of animal products from five regions of the Kyrgyz Republic - Issyk-Kul, Osh, Jalal, Talas, Naryn and Chui regions are presented.

These studies are aimed at creating a database on the composition of food products in the Kyrgyz Republic. Testing of food products was carried out in the Testing Laboratory of Food and Agricultural Products of the CSM under the Ministry of Economy | accredited to ISO/IEC 17025-2017

This study and website was created with the support of the Asian Food and Agriculture Cooperation Initiative (AFACI),Rural Development Administration, Republic of Korea. “Building a food composition database in Asia”

The group for sampling for research, which included representatives of the Department of Technology of catering products of the Technological Institute. And Razzakova, also representatives of the testing laboratory. The main objects of research were the most preferred food products in the form of raw materials: meat, milk, grain vegetables, nuts and fruits. In the future, the list of research objects will expand to include finished products.
